Life isn’t just about the big things, the big events that are sure to stick in your mind forever and ever, but it’s also about the little things. The things that can bring a smile to your to your face and brighten your day. These small things could consist of the smile of a stranger or an old friend calling or texting you to say hello, or even just something remembering something you told them when you think no one listens to you. When your having a bad day, no matter how bad look for something to make you happy, something that makes you thankful. Maybe the sunrise or sunset looks incredibly wonderful that day, or that you made someone else happier that day. Always try to smile because a smile can make yourself feel better and make someone else feel better. If you can’t change how you feel, then change how someone else feels. Make a difference. Change the world. Start with making yourself feel better, then make someone else feel better, then someone else, and so one; and maybe, just maybe each one of those people will make someone else feel better. It can only improve, right?

Pretty bare apartment. He’d written a note and left it on his bureau. It said, ‘I’m going to walk to the bridge. If one person smiles at me on the way, I won’t jump.'” Maybe you can save someone’s life with only a smile, trust me it helps.
